ACCOMMODATION
The conference has secured rooms at Hilton Adelaide at special discounted rates. Bookings can be made during the registration process.
Sharing rooms - Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and the name of other delegate with whom you wish to share.
Extending your stay - The hotels will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your application. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.
Check-in times - Rooms are not guaranteed to be available until the indicated time time of check-in, though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
Room payment: All rooms need to be pre-paid in full by Monday 30th September 2024. After this date, all unpaid bookings will automatically be cancelled.
Cancellations - Rooms cancelled within 35 days of the conference will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Please contact the secretariat if you wish to cancel your stay.
Security deposit upon check in - Credit card details will be requested from all guests on arrival. The deposit is to cover any miscellaneous charges.
During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability at that hotel for that date. Please email the secretariat if you have any queries regarding accommodation.
Beware of scams - Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for this event, such as Business Travel Management, may contact you requesting credit card details. They are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers.
