Dr Katie Lim

Dr Katie Lim is a first-year Endocrinology Advanced Trainee at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney. She completed her medical degree at UNSW Sydney and undertook her physician training within the Eastern Coast Medical Network. Katie has broad clinical interests spanning endocrinology, including diabetes, metabolic health, and general endocrine disorders such as thyroid, pituitary, and bone and calcium disorders. She is committed to delivering holistic, patient-centred care and supporting patients through long-term management of endocrine conditions. Katie is passionate about clinical education and quality improvement, and holds a conjoint Associate Lecturer role with UNSW Medicine, contributing to the teaching of medical students. She is also involved in endocrine research, including a project exploring the use of digital health technology to support gestational diabetes management. Katie continues to develop her interests across the breadth of endocrinology, with a focus on translating evolving evidence into practical clinical care.
