Karen is an Endocrinology Advanced Trainee from Western Australia, currently working at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and also undertaking dual training in General Medicine. She has a broad interest in all aspects of endocrinology, from the management of complex diabetes to intriguing bone disorders, neuroendocrine diseases, reproductive endocrinology, and everything in between. She is passionate about the diversity of the specialty and enjoys the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of caring for patients with endocrine disorders. Karen is grateful for the opportunity to present at the Clinical Weekend and looks forward to collaborating, exchanging ideas, and learning alongside fellow trainees and Endocrinologists from around Australia.
