Accommodation Rates

*Sharing rooms - Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and, if known, the names of other delegates with whom you wish to share. Each person will be charged one night in advance.

*Extending your stay - the venues will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your registration. Changes to your booking - should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the Resort itself.
*Check-in times - rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:00pm on each day though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the Resort itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.
*Cancellation - If you would like to cancel your accomodation you will need to email the This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ; Cancellation within 30 days prior to the conference will result in full accomodation payment, Cancellation outside the 30 days prior to the conference you will not receive any charges to your accomodation.
*Activities - Crowne Plaza Terrigal offers you the finest leisure facilities including a state-of-the-art gymnasium, whirlpool spa, steam room, sauna and heated outdoor swimming pool. The health club also holds a range of fitness classes for hotel guests. Tennis coaching is also available.

* Please meet at Gloria Jeans in Terminal 3 (Qantas Domestic) to catch your transfer to Crowne Plaza Terrigal. 
The driver will be waiting there and will be holding a sign for ESA Clinical.

Travelling from Crowne Plaza Terrigal Resort to Sydeney Convention Centre
You will need to catch a taxi from the resort to Gosford Train Station where you can then catch the Northern Line train (CityRail) to Central Station in Sydney. From here it is approximately 1.5km walk or taxi ride from the Sydney Convention Centre.
