Accommodation (rates include breakfast)

*Sharing rooms - Sharing rooms does not result in any increase in tariff and is an effective means of reducing the cost of attending the meeting. Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and, if known, the names of other delegates with whom you wish to share. Each person will be charged one night in advance.
 
*Extending your stay - the venues will offer the conference rate to delegates arriving early or staying on after the conference. Simply indicate your arrival and departure dates on your registration. Changes to your booking - should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the Resort itself.
 
*Check-in/ Check out times - Rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:00pm on each day though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the Resort itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night. The check out time on your departure date is 11:00am. 
 
*Cancellation - If you would like to cancel your accommodation you will need to email the ASN Office; Cancellation within 30 days prior to the conference will result in full accommodation payment, Cancellation outside the 30 days prior to the conference you will not receive any charges to your accommodation.
 
*Activities - Leisure facilities at the Peppers Salt Resort and Spa include a heated tropical swimming pool, larger lagoon pool with a sandy beach, The Golden Door Spa facility, bicycle hire and the acclaimed Seasons restaurant.

Please note that all travellers to Australia must have a valid visa before boarding their plane. Travellers to Australia cannot apply for a visa on arrival. For many countries, the visa is paperless and added automatically to your air ticket. Check with your travel agent if uncertain or use the following website links.
